Seller contact Info (Name, primary phone number, & email)
Art Title or Product Title
Medium / Description
Upload Photo (for physical art)
Upload File (for downloadable art, if available)
Dimensions / Materials
Shipping weight
Optional framed/unframed options
Set up shipping rules and cost calculation (Squarespace has integrated shipping settings).
Price & Type (Digital / Physical / Both)
Optional Notes / License Info
Step 2: Admin Review
We will review submissions for completeness, quality, and file formatting. Together, we will help you decide whether your products will be digital, physical, or both.

2. Product Setup - Determine if the product you are offering for sale is a physical product, a digital item, or both.
Digital Products
Upload files to Squarespace or a third-party platform (Foxy.io or Gumroad).
Set download limits, file types, and licensing.
Configure automatic download delivery.
Physical Products
Add the item as a product on Squarespace.
Include:
Dimensions / Materials
Shipping weight
Price
Optional framed/unframed options
Set up shipping rules and cost calculation (Squarespace has integrated shipping settings).
